Great community and super friendly staff. The location is one of the best in downtown Seattle and it’s a delight to live here. Community area and resident amenities can be improved.

Would not recommend choosing Via6. Lots of other communities in neighborhood with hopefully better leasing and resident experience teams.

Absolutely terrible move-in experience at Via6. The unit was filthy upon arrival, and despite multiple emails and four in-person visits, management has done nothing to resolve the issues. I can’t even submit maintenance requests because the resident portal doesn’t work, and no one has bothered to fix it.
On top of that, I haven’t received any emails from the property, I don’t even know how to pay rent, and I still don’t have my mailbox code, meaning I can’t get my packages. The lack of... communication and accountability is beyond frustrating.
