This is the most impressed I've been with an apartment community in 9 years (was another Greystar community). The staff are amazing, amenities incredible, community is kept clean and secure, and I enjoy the community events.

Viktoria is a place that I am happy and proud to call home for the past 3 going on 4 years. We have many multi-year tenants. It is a luxury apartment complex so the walls, floors and ceilings are better insulated or thicker which reduces noise. The amenities and appliances are top notch. The staff are absolutely amazing, attentive & always looking at ways to make it better and how to offer more. The tenants are quiet and happy to be here. The views are some of the best that the city has to offer... . You really couldn’t ask for more; I love it here. Thanks to the property management, leasing staff, concierge, maintenance (and tenants); y’all make this a great place to be.

OVERVIEW: The living experience here at Viktoria is absolutely phenomenal. Over the years that I've been a resident here (and even before I was a resident) I have seen other so-called "luxury apartments" fall from grace and even delete reviews in a feeble attempt to protect their image; Viktoria has no need for that kind of chicanery for they have truly earned and (more importantly) maintain their place at the top of luxury apartment living.
LOCATION: on the edge of Belltown & the central...
business district just 2 blocks from Pike Place Market; walking distance to virtually anything you would need or want. Seattle is in the top 10 most walkable cities in the U.S. and Viktoria is in one of the most walkable parts of that city.
CONSTRUCTION: The building is solid, the walls are thicker than average apartments and the doors, floors & ceilings are even thicker; making it a quiet place to live. The quiet times are observed and enforced; this ain't New York.
SAFETY: The management & concierge ensure that no unauthorized individuals make their way into the building and if on the off chance someone does, they are so swiftly found and removed that you'd never even know they were here. So, you will be safe from the local bipedal wildlife at the Viktoria Observatory.
AMENITIES: What can I say, from the roof top lounge, terrace & club house to the gym, theatre room, ice machine, coffee machine, vending machine, package room and more; this is a place I've been proud to call home.
TENANTS: The tenants here are successful people who are happy to be here and don't generally bring the kind of problems you find at many other average apartment complexes in major cities. You don't have to worry about hearing anything that'd make you feel like you need to call the police on a routine basis. I have lived in and around other places that can't say the same. It is peaceful here.
STAFF: The management, concierge, maintenance and cleaning staff here are top notch and should be world famous. There is a reason that we have so many multi-year tenants and yes we can say that it's for the reasons listed above but more importantly its because of the staff that make all that greatness happen here.
P.S. If y'all are doing a tour here and run into someone dressed in all black that tells you how great it is to be here, that's a not a Viktoria plant; that's me! I'm just happy to be here and love to let the good people who are looking for a good place to live know that they've found it. Viktori

I have been so grateful for the kindness and accommodation the entire team at the Viktoria Seattle has shown me since I moved in. From Sara, Jahaila, James and Justin's considerate communication and support in every step of my move, to Kevin and Cy's prompt resolution of every maintenance inquiry as I got settled in, to the warm greetings Gennaro, Mario and Paula offer every day.
