NOW THE WAYMARK FORMERLY URBANA

Those working in management are incompetent at best. The building is poorly run. The utilities make no sense.

The endless construction is absurd, the fact that last summer my windows were forcibly taped shut to paint while my apt hit 85 degrees inside is borderline illegal and I wouldn't want my worst enemies to have to live here and experience the same

Thank you for your understanding as we work through these final stages of the... project. We’re happy to share that demolition is nearly complete, and we expect to have the lobby flooring installation finished soon. This renovation is intended to create a better experience for our residents long term, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we get closer to the finish line.

I moved in recently and have been thoroughly impressed. The neighborhood is beautiful and the building is very well-maintained. The staff is the real standout here—the leasing office is genuinely helpful and accommodating, and the maintenance team responds to requests incredibly quickly. It also feels very secure.

The only heads-up for new residents is that all packages are delivered to a central mailroom, not directly to your apartment door. It’s not a major issue, but something to be aware of...
if you shop online frequently. Also, there isn't any guest parking!

Overall, it's a fantastic place to live and I'm very happy with my decision!
