Alright

Nice enough community. Good amenities. Overall pretty clean. Can be loud cause of the sirens but that's to be expected given the location. Appreciate the extra lobby events lately.

Constant elevator issues. One was down for months. Soon after it got fixed both started failing regularly. Entering/exiting the garage can be frustrating with the narrow alley getting blocked by large vehicles or people going the wrong way.

We... understand how frustrating the elevator issues have been, it’s been frustrating for us too, and we’ve been doing everything we can to get our vendors running them more reliably. We also hear you on the alley and garage situation. While that area is city managed, we know it can be a hassle and we’ll keep doing what we can on our end to help. Very happy with my experience here at Zig. The team here does really care about it's residents and I love my apartment. The community areas are nice and well maintained and I enjoy spending time on the rooftop. Really recommend this community!

The elevators being broken all the time is frustrating but overall it’s a nice, quiet complex with mostly considerate neighbors. Really enjoyed the staff previously but as of recently it’s all new staff so not sure how to rate that portion, yet. Haven’t got any friendly vibes though.

Hello! We know the elevator issues have been a real headache, and we want you to know it’s a top priority! We’re currently waiting on the elevator company and the parts they’ve ordered, so we’re moving on their timeline, but we’re staying on top of... them.
As for the team, we’re still getting to know everyone, and we’d really love the chance to connect with you. We’re a friendly bunch, even if we haven’t had the opportunity to show it yet!
We’re also planning some fun events and community activities soon because we want this to feel like a place where neighbors know each other and feel at home.

It’s been great so far. I love the amenities as well as the neighborhood. So much to explore. The building is extremely secure, so safety is priority here. The building is also really quiet, so that’s a major plus as well.

For the most part, Zig is a decent community but it is overpriced for the amenities it has to offer. My main complaints have been with the Butterfly MX system going down pretty routinely.
