The elevators being broken all the time is frustrating but overall it’s a nice, quiet complex with mostly considerate neighbors. Really enjoyed the staff previously but as of recently it’s all new staff so not sure how to rate that portion, yet. Haven’t got any friendly vibes though.

It’s been great so far. I love the amenities as well as the neighborhood. So much to explore. The building is extremely secure, so safety is priority here. The building is also really quiet, so that’s a major plus as well.

For the most part, Zig is a decent community but it is overpriced for the amenities it has to offer. My main complaints have been with the Butterfly MX system going down pretty routinely.

I’ve had such a great experience living at my apartment, and a huge reason why is my leasing agent, Dawn. She truly goes above and beyond for her residents. Anytime I have a question, need help, or even just need clarification on something, she’s always patient, responsive, and genuinely kind.
Dawn makes the whole community feel welcoming and well-run. She’s proactive, professional, and you can tell she really cares about the people who live here. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much... effort into their job, and I’m really grateful for everything she’s done for me.

It’s always so nice inside the lobby. My apartment is also exactly what I needed with in unit washer and dryers and a dishwasher.
