Enjoy the convenience of a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer and unscented laundry products. This home has heat pumps (heat and cold) and electric heaters, with heat pumps located both upstairs in the main bedroom and downstairs near the kitchen and dining room areas. Take advantage of the deck with a patio table and chairs and a propane grill for a delightful barbecue experience.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night.
Seashells Nest is located in between the Dungeness National Wildlife Reserve and downtown Sequim. Many hiking and beachcombing adventures are within 5 minutes to an hour's drive from the home. The first entrance to Olympic National Park at Hurricane Ridge offers panoramic mountain views and meandering trails.
Out of respect for guests with allergies, this home is strictly pet free. Smoking of any tobacco products, including marijuana, e-cigarettes and vaping products, is not allowed in the house or on the property. Renters who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee, charged to the renter’s credit card. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Additional guests, beyond what was agreed on, is not permitted. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. [SI]
