No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.

One cat is allowed with prior written approval. A $500 non-refundable pet deposit is due at move-in, and a monthly pet fee of $50 applies and is also non-refundable.

Incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, or unverifiable information on the application.

Unpaid judgments, evictions, or drug/violence-related criminal records.
