The building, since our moving in, has had multiple break ins, broken amenities, and building issues (ceilings are not insulated, and leak if any water falls on the floor of the unit above you). The management team has extended (2wks ) responses to maintenance and financial concerns that have a negative impact on residents. The building itself, while visually striking, is in terrible disrepair and units are loud, drafty, and poorly maintained.

The building itself is incredible, but it's obviously been maintained by a huge company looking to cut corners. Things are filthy, in disrepair, and unfinished, even after moving in. We are still experiencing delays to moving in because basic things like plumbing and kitchen counters need to be repaired. If you want a cool apartment and have LOW standards of quality this is the place for you. Meanwhile we're going to keep fighting to get maintenance done on our unit before we have to move.
