Chelsea Heights is a great place to live in downtown Tacoma with spacious, clean apartments, secure garage, and excellent walkability to just about anything you could want or need. Had a good move in experience with the property and the on-site staff have been helpful and attentive.

Chelsea heights is safe, secure, private, and comfortable. I appreciate the layout of the building and the overall atmosphere. I would say that the floors in the hallways could be cleaned... but it's not a huge deal.

Friendly and helpful management and maintenance staff that is responsive and effective. Clean common spaces and efficient waste and recycling systems in place. Beautiful living spaces to boot.

Very satisfied

I just moved in. So far I like it. Kari, the leasing office manager, was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. She quickly resolved my parking question and helped me with setting up payment online.
