Moved in the community in February and I must say I love it here being from the East Coast. Avana has gave me a new start in life and I’m so thankful. The staff is friendly and professional and helpful. Maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. Thank you Kelsey and Mike for answering questions when I don’t understand something. Avana is my home and a great place to live??????

I like living at Avana South station. It's quite near to South Center mall. Ample parking - a must for me with open green spaces.
The management and maintenance team is responsive, accommodating and welcoming.

Only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that some of accommodations are old, need re-paining, upgrade and I would like more frequent cleaning of common areas.

The area that the complex is located is decently nice, and the convivence of being 10 to 15 minutes from everything is a great plus. Only negative is being beside the monorail, interstate, and loud side road with traffic being loud throughout the hours of the night.
