Alta has been a very pleasant experience - all the team members are awesome, cheery and very helpful. The surroundings are quiet and we have easy access to quality stores and restaurants. This zip code 98466 rated very highly for being a low crime rate area. I highly recommend taking a tour.

I recently moved into Alta University Place and have had a fantastic experience so far. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything I need.

The community building and apartments are beautifully designed and feel very high-end. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail—from the finishes to the overall layout. It truly feels like I’m living in a luxury condo, but at a price that’s actually affordable.

The staff have also been... wonderful—professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They’ve made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from the start.

I would absolutely recommend Alta University Place to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live in a great location.
