Noisy building. If you live on a lower floor be prepared for loud foot traffic overhead. People tailgate to gain access to the building. Lots of parking lot noise from cars and loud music. Windows are awful, curtains rattle when the wind blows. Pot smell they try and hide with strong disgusting air freshners.

Property managment, Avenue 5, customer service is rude and they charged for two months of utilities when I moved out and said that was normal. Threatened to send the bill to collections.... I paid utilities every month I lived there. Read More

1. The place is LOUD. Loud residents, loud music and cars with no mufflers left to idle outside your window for extended periods of time. If you live below someone, be prepared to hear them stomping around.

2. Bad pet owners and bad residents - Dogs barking all the time, dog poop everywhere, hallways littered with dog hair and resident mess. No one picks up after their pet. Garbage left strewn in hallways for days on end for the Valet.

3. There are no amenities - no where to sit outdoors, no... resident areas, scant on anything nice or extra. No units have a patio so either you sit in your apartment or you go somewhere else. As mentioned above, any grassy area has been made unusable by pet owners and their refusal to pick up after their dog(s).

4. Homeless issues - Sketchy tweakers living in their cars or behind the dumpsters, scavengers constantly digging in dumpsters at all hours for cans.

5. Parking is tight - People not on leases often crash with friends and take up parking. Most residents can't properly park and take up two spaces in the process. Prepare for your car to be hit, door-dinged and abused.

6. Quick and shoddy construction. Apartments reek of being thrown together and corners were cut everywhere. Breakers will constantly pop if more than one appliance is being used in the kitchen.

7. No regular maintenance. If snows, they don't shovel or plow. The landscaping is starting to die off. The dumpster areas are continuously packed with trash and messy.

No security, tweakers living in their car in the parking lot, hallways are hot with no ac and people leave their trash in the hallways all day and night for Valet trash service. I cant fit it all here
