The attitude towards refunding the deposit is terrible. It took 3 months and still no refund is available.

Honestly
Apartment complex changes hands and employees frequently. Maintenance is slow and incapable for the entirety of our tenancy. Ancient building with ongoing serious issues. The rules and regulations are stiff and the management team does not address issues or take responsibility for their errors. Highly suggest that unless you enjoy a life of complications and attrition that you continue looking.
