Bedroom 4 has an attached bathroom (shower only) that the property owner will use. So, two renters share the main bathroom (with tub and shower head) and all three housemates share the kitchen, washer and dryer, and large back covered patio. The kitchen has a stove and oven, a refrigerator and a microwave. One individual per room. Each tenant will also have dedicated space in the shared kitchen, including in the refrigerator.
