Really Good Start

As one of the few apartments that don’t require renters history in Yakima this place is worth your time. If you can deal with a small studio and noise throughout the day you will have a good experience. The only complaint is that trash and laundry can only be done between 6 am and 11 pm. It’s not a huge deal but it’s something to be aware of. Marinade keeps shared spaces pretty clean and they continually are renovating to make it better. Previous issues such as the needles in the halls and drug... use have been resolved with the current management. I also like living in a building where I can keep a pet.

Can't get any worse

Bathrooms dont work. Building is infested. Owner won't pay a professional to treat it. Drugs everywhere. Needles everywhere. Leaks everywhere. Owner wants rent paid on time but doesn't fix anything. Worst experience ever! I would rather be homeless

Do Not Rent

If u don't mind sharing a bathroom with other tenants if u can find a bathroom open. There is 2 bathroom's on the 2nd floor of the Senator with shower's but right now neither one are open(3-22-16). They are working on one of them but other one won't be open for long time. Other bathroom has 2 stalls. Not every unit have kitchens or their own bathroom's. All apts start on the 2nd floor and you have to walk from the Cascade Apts uover to the Senator Apts. Front St. entrance is not available at any... time unless there is a fire.
