Bowers Boulevard Townhomes

The town homes are 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom with attached 1 car garage. There is a lot of closet space along with a partial finished basement for more living space. The basement also has a full sized washer & dryer along with more storage space. Master bedroom is very large and easily holds a king sized bed with space to have a sitting area. There is a long closet on a wall along with a walk in closet. The smaller bedroom could fit a queen bed and has a good sized closet as well. The living... room is not huge but does have a patio door and gas fireplace with mantle. The kitchen is smaller as is the dining area and why I rated it a 4 star instead of 5. The rental does come with refrigerator, stove, & built in dishwasher. Also, as with most rentals the carpet and linoleum are not the top quality a person would choose for their home. I pay extra each month to have 2 small dogs and it is well worth the cost. Our management is Cardinal, who took over 8 months ago and I have had no problems with them. Most of the renters are families but it is fairly quiet. Overall I am happy here. Read More
