Great location, pretty good apartment

The apartment building is located in a great spot. It's a short walk from the capitol square, and not too far from the UW campus. The apartment is very close to some bus stops. James Madison Park is extremely close. This park has a beach, basketball hoops, volleyball, and a spot to rent kayaks. Just down the street are a number of restaurants and bars, including Forequarter, Salvatores, and Johnson Public House.

The apartment itself is has a good amount of space. Downsides are that the...
building is definitely older, and the kitchen is extremely small. Maintenance requests usually get taken care of very quickly. There are coin operated washers and driers in the building, and there is a bicycle storage room. The building is generally pretty quiet.

Overall, a nice place to live. Good place for graduate students and young professionals.
