We have been living here for over 5 years and love it! The place is perfect and the price is very worth it. Having an attached garage, in unit laundry and personal entryway is now a must have for us. The landlord Christy is great and fast at responding and answering any questions we have. Maintenance requests are promptly completed and everyone we have come into contact with from Morgenson has been wonderful! We highly recommend Morgenson and these townhomes.

I have lived here for 2 years. I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors or any of the management or maintenance team. Everything is kept up with and any issues reported are immediately addressed.

I've lived at Apple Valley now for 11 years. I was away for 10 years and moved back in 2015. Prior to that I was living here for eight years. Prior to that I lived in the apartments and the townhouses. It really is home for me. I work close by, it's quiet safe,and convenient. The rent is very reasonable when compared to other properties in Menomonee Falls for a two bedroom one bath apartment. I've always found the maintenance department to be very responsive to any concerns and needs and the... property manager Christy has always been very approachable and responsive to any concerns. I would highly recommend Apple Valley if your looking for a beautiful place to live in Menomonee Falls.
