This property is so well cared for, the area is really very nice and tucked away in a subdivision which just makes me feel safe. My apt is so nice and I looked all around Sussex. The bedroom sizes are really a plus. Management is so nice and friendly and responds very fast. Happy to be here.

Hanna has consistently wasted our time and resources, providing excuses each week regarding the rental of their units. After her so-called "foot surgery," she requested that I reschedule for another week, but just as we were set to tour again, I received a message stating that the unit had already been rented. This has resulted in two weeks of lost time that could have been spent searching for other apartments.

I just had to say how impressed I was with this property and the manager Katie was so sweet and helpful. I’ve been looking for an apt for over a year now. I’m super picky, however I came for a showing yesterday and I have found my perfect apt. I’m so excited to move in!!!

We have lived in the Sussex area for 5 years now coming from Pittsburgh and we really like it here. It just feels like home. Very friendly manager and maintenance is very prompt.
