peaceful place

I’ve been living at hidden ponds apt for a year. It is very safe,peaceful, clean and friendly. Studio room is pretty good price.

Property is well maintained

Prime location and exceptional management. 100% most positive experience I've ever had in an apartment. Unit looks like new when you move in. It truly feels like home here, with an extra cozy feel being tucked away off the main road. Highly recommend!

Beautiful facility with great management

I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. The manager at the facility was extremely responsive and helpful with my showing. Upon moving in she was here to greet me and was exceptionally helpful, she even helped me put up a shelf in my apartment. I love living here.

“Peaceful” Hidden Ponds

I love this location so much that after I moved out for a year, I returned for 3 more years. I am now upgrading to a 2-bedroom in the same building because I enjoy it so much here and am just looking for more space. To me, it’s all about how quiet it always is. Beautiful location with lots of sun and open space. The views of nature are unbeatable, and you get to see amazing sunsets. The neighborhood is fantastic for runners and walkers. The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, and I won’t... be leaving until I am planning to own.

Great Place to Live

I have lived at Hidden Ponds for almost 4 years. The buildings are incredibly well maintained, and clean. The atmosphere is quiet, and comfortable. The best feature of Hidden Ponds are views of the ponds, wet lands, and wild life from the units. Absolutely beautiful, and second to none in the Pewaukee/Waukesha area. The apartment manager, Tia, has been great to work with. When I needed a bigger unit she helped me seamlessly transfer to a bigger apartment in the same building. It seems like she... is available almost 24/7. She responds quickly to any issues or concerns from the tenants. I highly recommend Hidden Ponds if you're looking for a place in the Pewaukee area!
