Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a... kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, K-cup coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-11pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:
- Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. We accept online payments only
- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full

Enjoy luxury living in this newly renovated building in Milwaukee's financial district. The historic architecture maintains charm throughout the interior and exterior spaces while the apartment features high end amenities such as granite countertops, beautiful hardwood floors, and in-unit washer and dryer.

The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room loveseat is not recommend as a sleeping area due to its compact size.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. Fees & deposit:
- Book directly on Flexhome to save up to 20% by avoiding upfront service fees
- A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation
- Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

This Flexhome is available to rent anywhere from 2 days to 6 months and everything in between.
