I’ve been living at Ascent for a while now and I absolutely love it. The apartments are incredibly comfortable and well-designed. What stands out the most is the community; the neighbors are very friendly, which makes it feel like home. Also, the monthly events are a huge plus—they are always well-organized and a great way to meet people. Highly recommended!

I’m excited about moving into the building and everything it has to offer.
So far, the communication from management has been clear and helpful.
The location is very convenient and fits my daily needs well.
The property appears clean and well maintained from what I’ve seen.
I’m looking forward to enjoying the amenities once I’m settled in.

The team at The Ascent is amazing! It feels like family (the good kind!). I especially appreciate the front desk team of Scott, Jen, Erick, Maine and Montrey. They are all so kind. And while i really haven't had maintenance needs, when I do, that team is professional, quick and thorough. Thank you for making my home a home!

This building is truly a community. The staff make a concerted effort to get to know you and your routine. The residents are super friendly. The community events are really fun to attend. My favorite part is the bar located inside the building with the best view of the city.
