Nova is a great place to live! The pool and community room can get a bit rowdy on the weekends (especially for those that live very close to it), but the staff and maintenance are so sweet, there are awesome amenities, and overall Nova is a great vibe!

Great vibes, awesome amenities. I wish the quality of the building materials was better, like the walls feel a bit papery and the cabinets are cheap, but overall it still feels nice living here. I LOVE the coffee machine and pickleball court.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the community is quiet and comfortable. The management team has been professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are nice, parking has been convenient, and the location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, and everyday needs. Overall, this has been one of... the best apartment experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living here in downtown Milwaukee. The staff is truly amazing! Very friendly, responsive, and willing to help with anything that comes up. They make the community feel welcoming and well cared for. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere is positive and professional. I really appreciate everything the team does to make this a great place to live.
