I’ve had a great experience living at Nova. The building is well-kept, quiet, and genuinely feels like a place I’m happy coming home to.
The staff has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions. They do a great job communicating and keeping everything running smoothly.

I really like living at Nova. The property is well managed - it is clean, safe, and well maintained. Amenities are consistently available overall vibe from other residents and New Land staff is really friendly.

I like the space. People seem nice, and mostly keep to themselves. My favorite thing is the events that happen every month. One star off for the price.
