This place is awesome. I’d give it 6 stars if I could, but it gets 4/5 because I don’t have a key. Using an app to get into my home is annoying but it’s easy to overlook when living in a cool place like this.

Nova's location is great, an easy walk to the Third Ward, Brady St, or the riverwalk. The amenities are awesome, especially the coffee machine :) Whenever there are issues, the office staff is very helpful!

It’s been great up until our washing machine stopped functioning. Moving in was simple. Maintenance keeps the property clean and are all really nice.

The apartment is great, so far everything is working. The staff is really nice and helpful.
I love the coffee machine on the first floor.
The hallway and some common areas keep the heat from the outside, so it's kind of stuffy.
