I love it here and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. The only issue was parking, but that’s been resolved. I feel safe in this area and love how close everything is.

Great place to live, beautiful apartments, good people around, beautiful area with lots of things to do and it’s all very quiet. I think it’s one of the best choices to live.

Good price and great location. The washer and dryer in the basement are convenient and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Cannot beat the price for a 2 br 1.5 bath unit!

Good Value
Great location on MKE's East Side. Close to restaurants, night life, parks, and Lake Michigan. Spacious and good layout, but a bit outdated (common areas currently being updated). All units are 2 BR/1.5 BA Parking available at extra cost but street parking isn't a struggle. Free heat is nice but never got above 66 degrees for us in winter. Street noise takes some getting used to. Prompt maintenance attention by staff with convenient online request form. Everything considered, good value.
