Very poor response time with management
Really nice location, beautiful property. Great gym, pretty lobby, and a nice club room with an excellent view. HOWEVER, (Jake specifically who I’ve been in contact with) their communication is crap. I don’t know if it’s worth all of this.

Not so great
I liked living here from a location & amenity perspective! The surrounding neighborhood has some great spots. Plus the gym & dog washing station are super huge bonuses! From a management perspective, they’re actually super nice, but just incredibly incompetent and I don’t think I ever received an email absent of a spelling error. Management admitted to entering my apartment without any notice or my permission, and the building itself was pretty poorly built so people are constantly entering... your home. I think I had kept track of how often they emailed me entrance notice and it came out to around twice a month (for a 14 month lease). They came and inspected my shower probably four times before deciding they had to completely replace it, didn’t actually tell me which shower needed service, and proceeded to turn my bedroom into a construction zone for four days. After all of the scheduling drama that ensued, contractors were given unrestricted, unsupervised access to your home from about 8-5 (normal business hours per their emails), one of which entered my home at 6:45PM without knocking (when I was not wearing clothes). This ended with them saying the work was not up to their standards, and they wanted to do it all over again. Additionally, several months into my lease I was informed my balcony was missing “necessary” hardware, that apparently hadn’t been a safety concern for the several months I had been using it prior? On top of all that, the garage door breaks on the regular, resulting in them frequently shutting down your ability to access your vehicle/come and go freely. I would not live here again after my unfortunate experiences.

Thank you very much taking the time to write a review, your feedback is greatly appreciated! We are sorry to hear we did not meet expectations as we do look for nothing less than 100% satisfaction. We are sorry to hear this happened, as we do not... allow contractors to work outside of office hours (9am-5pm), nor are they allowed to enter apartments unsupervised or without proper notice. We ask you please call (414)567-0801 or email (Taxco@mandelgroup.com)so we may better address any concerns. Thank you.

So far so good
I moved in in February and management has been on it for me from dryer replacement to spot painting with no extra charge no hassle whatsoever. Plus I like how they keep up to date with filter changes and fire alarm Saftey. The gym is amazing and having a garbage room on each floor is a huge plus. I love it here

New building in great location
This is a new building in a great location. The building itself is great, finishes are nice, and it is adequately priced based on market.
Things the building management can improve on: 1. responsiveness - you can email and call them and you will never get a response. 2. Building cleanliness - having a clean building should be part of the rent we pay. The hallways are gross. Garbage all over the elevator lobbies and in the hallways. 3. The garage - the garage needs to be washed. I need a... carwash about 2-3 times a week. The cars get covered in dust. 4. Holding tenants accountable - tenants need to be responsible for picking up trash they drop in the hallways. The trash chute rooms are not meant for you to leave your boxes and garbage in. Walk it down to the trash bins. Also, if you have pets and they have an accident, clean up after them! That includes around the building - they even give you poop bags!
Good things: 1. New building - Not much that can go wrong with a new building or appliances. 2. Location - easy to get just about anywhere. Easy to get on/off the freeway. Great restaurants in the area. Walkable to many activities.
