Moving out, sad to leave

Moving in in 2013 was easy, living there all these years has been great and the moving out process was made very easy by the wonderful staff at OVA, I hate to leave them! :)

A great place to live.

Very well maintained, excellent community facilities and spirit, short walk to shopping, library, post office, restaurants and parks (including Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway and its great trails). Four minute drive to Osceola Medical Center. Subsidized and handicap accessible units are an exceptional value for those who qualify. Connie, our onsite manager, is very helpful and keeps everything shipshape and running smoothly. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Beautiful

These apartments are beautiful. Spacious, location is wonderful. Close to banks, grocery store, hardware store and downtown shops. Reasonable prices for the apartments also.
