New management are ghosts

As of 6/1/2023 they are under new management, Greystone Properties out of Indiana. They gave us an emergency maintenance number but no other number to call for regular maintenance needs. I've will be here 1 year in July and I'm still dealing with maintenance crap from the previous tenants. I now also have wasp nests in the vents outside my doors, and my drier takes 2-3, 80 min cycles to dry clothes. Plus other things. Never caught anyone in the office since the switch happened. It's. Ike they... are ghosts. They only show up to collect rent money from the rent box and disappear. These apartments are really cute and could be cuter if they just were maintained correctly.
