PLEASE do yourself a favor and live elsewhere.

Building recently flooded, I was charged in my monthly statement to repair the damages that another tenant caused, I was threatened with eviction if I did not pay. The people managing this property are extortionists and do not take care of their property and will threaten you with eviction if you do not pay their made up fees.

Dirty and Poor Service

Very dirty and Poor Service. Not only their maintenance service but the management and building as a whole. Only quick to respond when u are trying to move in, but once u became a resident- its a headache! Packages are being stolen by other residents and management is doing nothing about it, cause of course CCTV in the lobby doesn’t work, and only 1 elevator is functional for almost 2 yrs already!

Used to be a nice place to live

Lived here for almost 4 years and was nice before new staff took over.

They are rude and unhelpful; hot water comes and goes; internet connection is spotty; potholes in parking lot are hazardous; property filled with cockroaches, centipedes and gnats; fire alarm goes off constantly.

Judging by the reviews I'm not the only one who is disappointed by the state of this property, which is reinforced when looking at the once full parking lot is half full- just more demonstrable evidence this place… is run poorly in contrast to previous management.

Old building, can't get maintenance, rude guy in charge now, new payment app can't get payment to the landlord for 3 days, unless you pay $15 extra. $40 if you have to use a debit card. CRAZY. Don't do it!
