Has rats!!

These apartments are no good. The units has rats. We told management about it and he hasn’t done anything about it. I advise you to find somewhere else to stay. These apartments are pitiful and has poor management

Needs more work.

This complex needs a lawn crew to keep their landscaping trimmed and grass mowed on a regular basis. The place is so dark at night you can barely tell where your turn is. The city needs to install street lights. Some apartments did not receive new flooring or painted walls and look like they were built in 1972 with their mismatched light fixtures. They need a landlord that cares about cleaning the place up outside the buildings rather than fussing over petty mess like the ridiculous parking lot.... They need help from professionals.

Great place to live

Athens Village is an old complex, but just recently got remodeled. The management is excellent and has taken care of a lot of issues. I would definitely recommend anyone to rent here. Although apartments seem to stay full and people move in quickly
