So many problems
First off the advertisement is all false. The pool not been open for 2 years, said to have major plaster damage, laundry ??. One laundry room does not even have water heater, there are In unit laundry at most. If you get a two bedroom there is a chance your dryer will vent into the Air conditioning instead of outside reaking havoc on it during summer.
Management lets the lights go off for non payment. Then still off for a week after maintinance tells them it’s non payment
One... building has bad roaches apt 25-27
Few units have rotted balcony’s that even management won’t walk out on
Stairs leaning like ready to collapse
