Review from a current resident. It should be known I have made numerous attempts to contact management regarding all of these issues, but I have been ignored entirely for weeks.
The complex is fine, for the most part.
The units are certainly not "luxury", but they are fine as far as basic apartments go.
The hallways generally smell like dog urine, probably due to all the uncleaned dog urine in the carpeting. The stairs themselves are often littered with garbage, spilled food, or other debris... .
The issues primarily resolve around atmosphere of the complex, and the quality of the residents. The gym is often unusable - unless you find shirtless men, people without shoes, children using the equipment as a playground, and competing bluetooth speakers blasting rap music to be reflective of a "luxury fitness center". If I do manage to make use of the gym, I am often recorded by residents with tripods, ring lights, and multi camera set ups, with the videos being posted to the internet. Very uncomfortable for women not wanting to be recorded throughout our entire workout, especially when those videos are then being posted online. But, again, management sees no issue with this.
The pool is also dominated by large groups of rowdy guests attending parties hosted by a resident. Obviously this makes it difficult to make use of the pool as a resident, and, again, you'll find no shortage of people blasting music from multiple speakers, with no regard to anyone else.
There are often loud gatherings in the hallways and parking lots. It's clear most of these people are not residents.
Occasionally management will send a generic, templated email regarding these issues, but there is absolutely zero enforcement.
Management will respond to this review with a similarly templated generic apology and request I contact them privately. Which is ironic, given that, again, I have contacted them privately several times across several weeks before writing this review.
Rest assured, the ONLY way to get the attention of management at this complex is by leaving reviews.
For what it's worth, they constantly advertise to residents that they can receive gift cards, free cruises, paid for date nights, and other prizes in exchange for 5 star reviews, so take those with a grain of salt.
