Overall a great and quiet community. I wish the staff was more responsive to resident concerns; it’s took almost a month for my bathroom fan to repaired, there were two separate occasions I reached out about the fitness center and I didn’t get correspondence until 2 weeks later. The amount of pet droppings is overwhelming, it just sits in the grass and decays. Also a little frustrated with the valet trash situation; I am paying for valet trash but I have not received service in over a month.
I... do enjoy the internet package that is included, the proximity to several stores and two highways, and the space I am getting in my unit.

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the delays in responding to your maintenance and amenity concerns. Waiting nearly a month for a repair and experiencing delayed communication regarding the fitness center is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve our response times and communication moving forward.
