Overall a great and quiet community. I wish the staff was more responsive to resident concerns; it’s took almost a month for my bathroom fan to repaired, there were two separate occasions I reached out about the fitness center and I didn’t get correspondence until 2 weeks later. The amount of pet droppings is overwhelming, it just sits in the grass and decays. Also a little frustrated with the valet trash situation; I am paying for valet trash but I have not received service in over a month.
I... do enjoy the internet package that is included, the proximity to several stores and two highways, and the space I am getting in my unit.

Waiting nearly a month for a repair and experiencing delayed communication regarding the fitness center is not the level of service we aim to provide. We also appreciate you bringing the pet waste and valet trash concerns to our attention. Maintaining clean community spaces is important to everyone, and we will be reinforcing pet policies and reviewing our valet trash service to ensure it is being provided consistently.

It’s quiet here and I love seeing all the dogs (I ish people would clean up after their pets) more but the community is nice all that I was promised

I've really enjoyed my time here. It was a little rough in the beginning, but things quickly improved. The maintenance team is fantastic, and the leasing office is very helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the location suits me perfectly. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience.
