Security cameras in the garage need to work as I moved in and within two weeks all 4 of my tires wheels were stolen. Then only two weeks later a truck with a hitch backed into my car and didn’t notify me. And camera footage was retrieved when police requested. Also, there are residents who live here crammed in apartments that are very bad individuals who threaten other tenants and commit crimes on property. The smell of marijuana coming from the apartments are so strong when you are walking down... the hall. You can’t even go sit outside in the courtyard or pool courtyard area without getting a secondary high from tent ants smoking marijuana with no regard to others or children. Consistent water shutoffs from water leaks constantly. Etc….. Kayla in the office is super amazing and maintenance is super amazing but it’s the living conditions that are not safe and constantly smelling marijuana and water shutoffs. Etc and more. Read More

Overall it’s a fair place. The amenities are a plus although something are dates, and I love the location. But over the time I’ve been here I question if the value truly matches what I pay monthly

Our overall experience has been good. There has been a few problems but the assistant manager has handled them promptly and with respect to us as a paying tenant of the property. I do think there needs to be some discussion around communication and transparency when issues arise with the tenants as the importance of reaching out should be a high priority.

This property is quiet and well maintained. The location is extremely convenient for freeway access to both the Hardy Toll rd and I45.

The leasing staff goes the extra mile to build a sense of community. They're always friendly, and the events are solid!
