I have had a wonderful experience. It is so nice and quiet and close to everything! I love that you can leave your home and be right on Beale Street and watch a game at the FeEx Forum only to walk a few steps and you are back at home ! No vehicle needed!

I also appreciate the monthly resident visits,adding a connection among neighbors.
