The Rise Apartments

We enjoy living at the Rise. Amenities like the Courtyard Dog Park, are a major reason we chose to live here. Not only is it convenient it is within the safety of the key fob only entry spaces of the complex. Easy garage parking at a nominal cost & the secure parking on the upper levels is another important factor. It's an added plus to have secure, maintained outdoor spaces -- covered access between the buildings and friendly neighbors.

It was really easy to move in. Ms. Dionna was really nice and helpful. Overall a really good experience. It was easy to move in and have everything set up with the wifi and the MLGW.

My time at rise was really wonderful. The apartment, staff, amenities and maintenance, everything was great. The only reason I am leaving is because of the neighborhood which didnt feel safe for someone who comes back from the hospital after it gets dark

I really enjoy it here. Great environment. Lovely community. I definitely plan to renew with how wonderful it’s been living here for the past year.

I have been living here for almost a year and have had nothing but a great experience. Staff is readily available to communicate any small issues with, handles things appropriately and are always pleasant. Building is very clean, convenient edge district location close to downtown and midtown. For commuters the loop is very easy and close to hop on as well. A must tour for your apartment search in the area!
