I’ve really enjoyed living at The Citizen Apartments. The community is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I’ve had a great experience living at The Citizen Apartments in Memphis. The property is well-maintained, and the common areas are kept clean. The staff has been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.

The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. I also appreciate the amenities and the sense of community here. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, which makes living here much more… comfortable.

Overall, The Citizen has been a pleasant place to call home. Like any apartment community, there are occasional minor issues, but the management does a good job addressing concerns. I will come with an update shortly. The move in process went well and the staff I met were friendly my apartment is cute and clean. One complaint is that the trash in the hallway smells really bad and I wish I could just use the trash chute on my floor.

I have loved the last two months. I was sold on the washer, dryer and the kitchen space. The amenities are always in good condition and the secure package pickup is my favorite.
