I love the commute, not far from bridge.
Great amenities, the perks of the luxury apartments downtown. I feel so comfortable. I truly enjoy how accessible everything is within walking distance

The staff provides great communication, the location is idea for downtown living. The building has wonderful amenties.
The only complaint is loud train that runs nightly around 11 pm, 6:30 am, and couples tikes throughout the day. Fortunately, the loud noise last less than 10 seconds.

Luxury amenities in a safe environment with a beautiful view! Jessie and her team have made a transition period much easier. Walking distance to many attractions and riverscapes seal the deal.

Just moved in and this complex has been great so far! It feels very safe and secure which was my biggest priority when looking for housing. The amenities are very nice. Location is convenient for anything downtown with cute parks/shops close by. The complex is right by train tracks which are loud, but I only hear once or twice a day. Would recommend!
