Management is non existent - never reply to emails and act as if no one has a choice but to live here. Hallway carpet is filthy from garbage dripping. Pool is never monitored for excessive guest count. Guess if you’re straight out of college looking for a 1 bedroom then maybe. Professionals need look elsewhere

The staff has been amazing. The apartment is beautiful with high ceilings since I am on the 6th floor. Parking garage entrance on each floor is great convenience. My only issue is I am immediately over the dumpster area and Waste Connections comes each morning between 3a-5a making a terribly loud noise and it lasts several minutes. The property cannot change that but it has affected my sleep daily. Otherwise very quiet very friendly community. Love the 8th floor community room. Best view in… Memphis!!!
