I never had a problem with living at Mariners Crossing because it is in a great location. But lately with any issue such as packages getting lost in drop off and no assistance from staff to retrieve it I think this will be my last year here.

We’ve been living here for almost a month now. The apartments are spacious and airy with a great location and a great school nearby. The leasing professional, Kelle, made our move-in process smooth—she’s awesome! So far, maintenance has been great as well. I’ve found the maintenance guys, to be very helpful and reliable. Overall, we're feeling very positive and hopeful for a wonderful experience ahead!

My initial experience has been very pleasant. I have met a couple of neighbors. I would like to know if the community does communal events open to everyone. I'm very pleased with surrounding businesses which make shopping so convenient.
