My experience here
I like living here because it is convenient and the property is very nice. The management has been very good to me and I like having a pool and laundry close because of my disabilities it is easy for me to get around.

Boulder Creek
I've lived here since about 2013 and been through multiple management companies. This is by far the best. With fast maintenance and friendly service I have been very happy.
I enjoy that I'm in-between downtown Boise, Meridian and the mall area. I can also take a 10 min walk and be on the greenbelt. Shoping is close by if I need to run to the store really quick.
Neighbors are great and we've barely had any issues. The grounds are maintained weekly and it's a pretty good place to live. We even... have a pool, laundry facility and playgrounds for the neighbor kids!

Responsive management
Management has been very responsive to request but I’ve made. Only one time I had to wait three days for something to be fixed and that was because a part needed to be ordered. For the most part everything has been fixed/replaced within a day.
