After spending several years working in the mortgage banking industry, Brad decided to quit his job and transition into real estate sales in 2002. He founded MacLay Real Estate LLC shortly thereafter. His wife, Jennifer, joined the business as an agent in 2005. In 2008, Brad and Jen founded an extremely successful property management business that grew from one residential property to properties within ten years of operations.
