Well, my experience was like I always say I was welcomed with free arms. They were lovely caring . They expressed everything to me to the best way possible for me to understand. They were very detailed things were done in a timely manner and I couldn’t be more thankful so you know from the professionalism you know everything as a whole was met. so overall I had a wonderful experience and I’m still having a wonderful experience so I’m very thankful to be able to prolong and to be a part of this... community. People should really really take consideration and come here because I love it here and I feel they would love it as well.

I absolutely love living here at NOVEL Val Vista! The staff is great, the buildings are kept clean just as a hotel is kept, and I love the aesthetics of the common areas/amenities.

What I enjoy most about living at Novel is the sense of community and also how convenient everything is. There’s always fun engaging activities going on for those of us that live alone and plenty of family friendly activities. The complex is always clean and the staff go above and beyond to communicate any outages or issues, it’s clear that they enjoy their job and want to make living here as peaceful as possible for the residents which I love and respect
