There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the apartment, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in the apartment. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
