Great place, I've been here a year and the management is friendly and kind. A great location also.

It is day 14 without air conditioning in the middle of summer in Arizona. They keep rescheduling my service. Stay away.

No one EVER answers the phone. 30 voicemails. Zero returned calls. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine how they treat the existing ones.

We have lived here for a couple of years, management keeps changing and the complex has definitely gone so far downhill that it’s sad. Let me list off some of the issues:

There’s a big rig taking up 5 spots in the limited unassigned parking, and he will park close to your vehicle if there’s just enough room.

Maintenance takes months to respond to calls, we haven’t had a stove in 3 months. It took them 2-3 months to respond to the work order for our freezer not making ice. Why bother putting… work orders in when they aren’t responded to?

The walls are thin, the residents are loud. You’ll hear anything from loud TV, yelling, or call of duty being played at all hours of the day.

Cigarettes and weed. It’s everywhere. You can’t escape from the stench.

Your neighbors will park in random covered spots because they’re too lazy to park a little further. If you complain to the offic, they’ll just tell you to call the towing company.

We used to have a parcel pending service, but that hasn’t worked in over a year. So unless you state specifically in your order directions that you want your package delivered to your unit, it gets thrown in a “mail room” with dozens of other packages.

Homeless people dig through the dumpster ALL THE TIME.
