This is an absolutely beautiful apartment that is easy to live in, but the rent paying system is completely outdated and confusing. There is no way to pay rent without some sort of service fee either at the lovely Walmart customer service desk or with a money order or fee on a terrible payment portal that messed up my own books for months. The walls are thin and the internet they have contracted regularly goes out.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We were SO happy with this place when we first moved in and looked around. It was beautiful and the staff was initially friendly and helpful. Within 3 months, we were accused of something we didn't do and were warned we would be evicted in 10 days. This was stressful and took several days to clear up. Now this last weekend, rent was not posted to the online portal (which is the preferred method of rent payment during covid). We have jobs and were not able to physically come in... to the office to bring a check during business hours, so I called to figure out what the issue was. I was told on the 2nd of the month that the issue would be cleared up later that day and no late fees would be charged. NO LATE FEES WOULD BE CHARGED! It was not resolved on the 2nd and the office was closed on the 3rd (Sunday). It is now the 4th and the leasing office is packed with residents trying to pay rent and only ONE person working in the office. The residents have been told that they have been charged late fess and will HAVE to pay them and if they do not, they will receive eviction notices. Not to mention, our rent never seems to be the same each month so we don't even know what we owe without being able to look online or talk to management. I have rented apartments for the last 6 years and been in 3 different complexes. I have always been in good standing at these complexes. Now I move here and I have been threatened to be evicted TWICE in one year. PLEASE STAY AWAY if you are a good renter, other complexes will definitely appreciate your business more and treat you the way you should be treated. Read More

Our experience was horrible. We notified management we were moving out in 60 days but needed a few more days. They said no problem we will prorate rent for you. That was a lie. They billed us for the full month. When we went to go figure it out. They tried to charge me a late fee. You don’t get your security deposit back. They keep it claiming cleaning fees. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. They raise rent without notifying you. Not recommended

We just renewed our lease for the second year, because honestly in my whole time living here I have only been able to find one complaint.

The community is inviting and homey, the maintence men wave at you when you drive by, in a very “where everybody knows your name” fashion. The staff up front are always friendly even if you are going in there for the third morning in a row, solely to steal their coffee creamer. Every service complaint I have had ( which is not many, the appliances are in... great condition)has been handled within 24hrs. A bug guy comes and sprays every Monday and will do your house, by request, any Monday you wish, so if I see one spider, I’m calling for a bug appointment, for free. Now the one complaint I had is I did see a lot of wasps, but I also saw the bug working on it every week- so complaint solved. The pool is super inviting, and there is never very many people there, which is great, because I’m not going to the pool if someone else is already at the pool - ya know? Same goes for the gym.
