I currently live at Falcon Glen Apartments and the biggest issue has been management communication and follow-through.

I have sent multiple emails over several weeks regarding a missing fire extinguisher, ongoing maintenance issues, parking concerns, and other resident complaints, and received little to no response.

I also never received my security deposit back from when I transferred units within the complex months ago, despite leaving the unit spotless and in good condition.

Important... issues were ignored or delayed, and in some cases maintenance work was completed without prior notice or proper communication.

Even when issues were eventually handled, it required repeated follow-ups just to get basic updates or action taken.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness and communication from the leasing office has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend living here based on my experience. Read More

The pools are always dirty I found a dead bird while swimming in one. And when I left they made me pay 900 dollars for them cleaning the house even though when I moved in the house was messy and unclean. And they will hit you with hidden fees when you try to move and they will not tell you info until as late as possible in order to make you pay for extra expenses.

Do not move here, they will do anything to squeeze extra $ out if you. Apartments are terribly poor for the amount they charge. Maintenance sometimes takes days to come fix a problem. Management is terrible. They do not care about their tenants at all. When I first moved into the apartment I was a little hesitant because I found painted over hair on the walls and even found painted over goldfish snack. After cleaning up the apartment myself it felt better but it took MONTHS to get a maintenance to come out and fix the issues we had. Any complaints we made were just brushed off and never addressed. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Prepare for your rent to be $400 higher than advertised, your lease is going to be packed full of bogus charges and fees that you shouldn't be paying, as well as some of the worst lease terms in Arizona! Our unit is very run down, with old barely functional appliances, and that just seems to be the norm. In addition, if you ever have issues paying rent, they will be no help at all. Prepare to be paying $300 in fees from the rent "Discount" they'll be taking away, if you're ever not able to get... into the billing portal to pay rent.
