Lumina Mountain Vista

I’ve lived at Lumina for over two years, I had a great experience due to the previous assistant manager but they recently replaced their entire leasing staff with the most unorganized and inept people I’ve encountered at an apartment complex. They mismanaged my apartment transfer, violated Arizona legislature in regard to deposit returns, they send out AI slop emails to the community which shows a lack of care, I’ve watched them speak rudely to people who come into the office with concerns, they... have changed many rules in regard to community hours and threaten lease violations for stupid things such as hanging lights on your patio, etc,. The apartments themselves are nice, the neighbors are mostly quiet and nice, so living here would be superb if the leasing staff was not so disorganized and generally unpleasant to talk to. I have lived here for almost 2 years and this place has seriously gone down hill. My washer has been broken for a month and a half and the apartments will not fix it. I have asked multiple times and they keep saying they need to order a part. It should not take this long And i have even spoke with the property manager they would not even replace my washer. Instead after a month they gave me a key to use a apartment key to use that nobody is using (on the third floor on the next building) please... do not make the same mistake I did and rent here with them.
