I’ve been a resident of Lumina for two years and am soon transferring to a larger unit. Christian, the assistance leasing officer manager, has always been incredibly attentive. Whenever I’ve called for assistance or reassurance regarding my application or portal, he’s been patient and helpful. Additionally, any maintenance issues I’ve encountered have been resolved promptly. The complex is generally quiet and clean, and the pool is always spotless. Parking can be a bit challenging after 5 p.m.... or on weekends if you don’t pay for a spot, but it usually just means parking a bit further from your building. The flooring in the units is vinyl, which can be a bit difficult to clean and wears out over time, but the cabinets and countertops are nice, and the units come with great appliances. I would recommend Lumina ??
