Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per guest. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including balconies and around the building. A $500 fine will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found. Guests may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Noise monitors are installed in the units to measure noise levels, and tampering with them will result in a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. Guests must be 23 years of age or older and local bookings are not accepted.
