I’ve had a fantastic experience at Altura! The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, professional, and always gets the job done quickly and efficiently. The leasing staff is just as amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels at home. Highly recommend!

So far my experience is great, just wished I had a washer. I don’t want to use the one in my unit as I don’t want my clothes to be ruined by the scent of mildew. Currently taking my clothes to a laundromat since management is trying to treat the washer instead of replacing it but the moisture form the treatment is making it worse

I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. My neighbors are friendly and respectful — I almost never hear any noise, which I really appreciate. The apartments themselves are very well built and comfortable, and it’s clear that the management takes great care of the property.
The staff is always kind and helpful, the amenities are well kept, and the pool is always clean and functional. I also love that... there’s a pet station on-site — such a thoughtful feature that not every complex offers.
Another huge plus is the location! We’re within walking distance of the farmers market, convenience stores, and several great restaurants. Everything about living here has been a positive experience, and I truly have no complaints. Highly recommend this place!

the rudest people i have ever met work there, dont fix any problems you had when you live there. the view is nice but gets old. rather live on the street then move there ever again

This was truly the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. 3 management changes and the building sold within 16 months. Nothing ever works, you get to wait 15 minutes for an elevator because they constantly break, and you’ll likely get trapped inside one at some point. Hot tub has not worked since May 2021. Pool is constantly closed and the tile in the pool area is broken and loose. Management sucks they don’t know how to do anything. This is the furthest from “luxury” you will find. Do... yourself a favor and stay away from this trash place.
