Cockroach problem in newer unit I stayed in apt M and then apt A
Apt M was pleasant, nice view of mountain. No roach issues. Minor problems but no big deal. Better community.
Apt A is sub par, roach infestation. 28th Dr is not pleasant to be on ground floor. Felt dangerous.

It was a place to live It’s somewhere to live if you have anything besides low to medium expectations keep looking. Only about 2 people in the office do anything that means anything in my opinion. All the others can’t be bothered and direct you to the same 2 people who they definitely overwork. Corporate needs to take some initiative they spend more time making the website look nice than the actually property.

Transfer of Lease The experience of transferring of my apartment to another was a good one before receiving the actual apartment. The leasing staff that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with; Kaitlyn and another young lady that is normally in the office on Saturday are very helpfully and go over and beyond addressing any concerns I have as well as trying to correct them. The issues I have is with the remodeling team and whoever is responsible for cleaning the apartments between tenants. The... apartment was not cleaned and they basically did renovations over dirt. For example they painted over cat hair and dirt. I shouldn’t even be aware the previous tenant owned an animal. Another big thing the renovations are done with halfway effort, for example the light fixture in the restroom I can see inside the wall because the time was not taking out to make sure it fit properly. I will give credit where it is due and say I have addressed my concerns with Katelyn and of course she is willing to make sure the issues are addressed but moving toward it would be nice if checks and balances are in place to over see the work that is done in the apartments is done correctly with the same eagerness the company has for collecting tenant rental payments each month.
