Maintenance is awesome Sometimes you have one of those weeks where everything that can go wrong does. All in the same week, my dishwasher wasn’t working right, my garbage disposal started leaking and my dryer needed 3-4 cycles to dry my clothes fully. I submitted requests for all three things Saturday evening and Monday morning when maintenance was back, they promptly fixed everything! It was a huge relief to come home to work and have my home back up and running. Thank you!

Poor Experience Gates always unlocked, little to no security, clubhouse door shattered twice in the span of 1 month. Poor amenities, office staff takes long to respond.

AC finally Fixed! Took a few months, but my AC finally got fixed! It made loud humming noise every time I used it. Happy that it’s quiet again.

I have loved living here and the management has been great and quick to respond. The area is way calmer than you think and if you get the right unit the views are nice.

The previous reviews are old so had to leave my 2 cents here. So far living here has been nice, I was a little concerned at first cause of the area but honestly have not had any complaints and the apartments are gated. The apartment itself is also nice for the price. The only meeeh part is the no assigned parking and no gym.
